Atlas on the Move: We've Been Busy!
We've made some big changes the last few months!
We have owned the commercial units downtown in The Georgian
for years, often using it as base of operations for Atlas Real Estate Advisors. After the sale of Rent Athens, the residential management portion of our business, we found unit 105 on the Jackson Street side of the building the ideal location for the smaller base of operations. It was close to most of the businesses we already worked with, was surrounded by fabulous restaurants for meetings and such, and it was in the heart of walkable downtown Athens.
Since selling off Rent Athens in 2017, Atlas Real Estate Advisors became our primary focus. We have been enjoying rapid growth and have made some big changes as a result!
For example-we have added two more agents to the team. Kyle Nelson
came aboard late in 2016 and Kimberly Matthews
joined Atlas in January of 2020. Then, in March of this year we hired Wendy Jackson as our Marketing Coordinator. And as you can imagine, that small Georgian unit started to get a bit crowded.
So Atlas Real Estate Advisors was on the move, literally and figuratively.
Over the last few months, we relocated our offices to the Founders Grove Office Park. Our neighbors include Classic City Computing, the Law Office of Darrell Begnaud and Zaxby's
corporate headquarters to name a few. We miss the sights and sounds of downtown Athens and our favorite lunch spots, but we are loving the tree lined streets and peaceful vibe of our new location.
In the midst of all of this, we expanded our services to include Commercial Property Management
as well.
Many of our clients have expressed an interest in specialized and personalized management services over the years. Most were looking for something tailored to their specific business needs, not the typical fee structure tied to a one dimensional commission-based agreement.
Because we understand that each piece of real estate is unique, and no two owners have the exact same needs, it made perfect sense for Atlas to offer a full range of services to choose from. From full service management to ad hoc solutions, we want to find solutions that truly work for you.
