The space features 6,330 SF of retail space ideal for use as a retail shop, restaurant/bar or entertainment space. Current buildout features a large open floorplan, office space, bar, restrooms, walk-in cooler, and storage area. Space will require grease trap and vent (shaft only) for commercial kitchen (not included in current design).

510 N Lumpkin is part of Uncommon, a 210-bed student housing development built in 2015 and located on the corner of N. Lumpkin and E. Dougherty St., just 0.3 miles from the UGA campus and downtown Athens.  

Space is currently leased to Lumberjaxe Axe Throwing Venue through December 31, 2024.
